What Every Acne Patient Must Understand
I speak to plenty of acne sufferers daily. I help them as much as possible. Some get results ASAP. While others have problems initially. Those that struggle Ive noticed have a few things in common.
Here are some of my observations of the pitfalls acne sufferers face and how not to make the same errors.
#1 Mistake: They believe the problem is with their skin and try to correct the problem with creams or gels...
Acne, whether its teen, adult, body, or cystic acne has nothing to do with your skin. Now before you think Im going crazy hear me out on this one...
The health of your skin is only an outside view of your internal health.
To fix your acne problem youve got to abandon the irrational notio that you can put some cream or gel on your skin and fix the problem.
How do you fix the inner dilemma? We will get to that so stay with me.
#2 Mistake: Acne sufferers dont have a ardent knowledge of what is really the cause of their acne...
Some say chocolate causes acne. Others blame it on too much sex, or birth control pills, or not having of birth control pills.
Then others say its the wrong diet or bad hygiene. While others say diet has nothing to do with acne.
And plenty of other theories.
(By the way, all of them are wrong. None of them are the acne cause.)
And because they never figure out whats really causing their acne they squander their precious time and cash on futile acne cures that never really address the the root acne cause.
